What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic care focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disorders related to the musculoskeletal system, particularly the spine, joints, muscles, and tendons.
At Balance Lab Chiropractic, we provide evidence-based treatments that follow Canadian and British Columbian chiropractic regulatory guidelines. Our approach ensures that every treatment plan is rooted in science and clinical research.

How Chiropractic Care Works
Chiropractors conduct thorough assessments, including:
Orthopedic and functional movement tests
Differential diagnosis & prognosis for recovery
"From there, a comprehensive treatment plan is developed, including manual therapies, exercise recommendations, and lifestyle guidance tailored to your needs."
Chiropractic Adjustments & Techniques
The primary treatment method in chiropractic care is known as chiropractic manipulation (also called a spinal adjustment). This involves a controlled thrust applied to the joints of the spine to:
- Restore mobility
- Reduce inflammation
- Alleviate pain
